Before you reach to influence the masses,

Small-batch your approach.

One Size Doesn’t Fit All.

Our culture has dramatically and rapidly shifted, often leaving church leaders with questions about how to serve their congregation and the world around them. Yet, there are often veiled opportunities within reach.

For 25 years, I have had the privilege to serve in large and missional churches, urban and suburban settings, from the West Coast to the Deep South. Now, I have a doctorate in studying the signs of culture, meaning making, and the kingdom.

Maybe a new set of eyes and unique perspective can be a catalyst. Let’s think out loud about ways God is already stirring.

Every parent invests their whole self in hopes of setting their children up for success. Yet, every parent also grapples with “Am I doing enough?” What if the answer wasn’t organizing family devotions or even being someone you’re not?

For interested groups, E.Q.U.i.P. can be a strategic launch event around cultural intelligence and utilizing Homegrown Disciples to uncover daily and redeeming ways God is present. There’s also opportunity for monthly equipping conversations because marriage and parenting, like faith, are always better in community!

Disciple-making Parents

Disciplemaking Studios

Disciplemaking Studios create relational space to experiment, think out loud, mess up, savor, ask questions, push imagination, risk comfort, and allow ourselves to be known. The Studio design will help you:

  • Shift your small group from just teaching to training

  • Pivot from Believer to an thoughtful Disciple-making

  • Move beyond gaining more Information to embodying faith

  • Expand your identity from volunteer to Minister putting the “Divine on display!”

Each studio is peer-led and provides the relational support to discover new ways to uniquely reproduce God's redeeming work while you find the words and confidence to be a disciple maker.

A New Lens for a Different World

Adults today struggled to find their footing in a world drastically different from the one we grew up in. From parents to pastors, teachers to politicians, we are all trying to "understand the times and what to do about them" (1 Chr. 12:32).

Every leader is an expert on ideas for moving the needle. But every leader and church staff also has a full plate. If you have ideas or dreams about change but the timing, personnel, or finances, I might be a good catalyst and partner.

Instead of going to the next conference or seminar, we can tailor a developmental pathway - to measure fruit, not just results - for your setting, team, resources, and opportunities.
